Instantly-class sequences, sending from info@go-mrealty.com only after the owner enables them. The admin stub can validate a recipient list shape. It will not blast.

HAR / Zillow-class search is not scraped here. Current live inventory is IDX Broker. Use the map, advanced search, and market pages already on go-mrealty.idxbroker.com.

Authenticated desk
/admin is a locked stub. Empty states on purpose.
Realtors import now documents the HAR CSV shape and shows the first 25 rows. Campaigns, listings, and contracts stay empty. ADMIN_PASSWORD locks the desk. It cannot email 2,435 people from this build.
